1.2v Bug fixes and changes

Bug fixes:
- Egg + Sabotage will not freeze the game anymore.
- Sniper enemies will now correctly shoot their bullets.

Changes:
- Air Hockey speed increased to 3u/s, from 2.8u/s.
- Lazy Lead mod slow increased to 40%, from 20%.
- Shields now have 400 health, and will change color to show being damaged. Instead of being invulnerable.
- If you move more than 90 degrees your aim will now snap, instead of slowly turning.
- Items will now show their names.
- Hunger will now heal 15 from each kill, from 25.
